Purchased my Omega Speedmaster Professional from Right Time and the whole experience was fantastic. They had the exact reference I wanted in stock which is saying something because not every AD carries the full Moonwatch lineup. The sales associate walked me through the movement details and even threw in a nice Omega travel pouch. Denver is lucky to have a dealer with this kind of inventory.
Just moved to Denver and Right Time is two miles from my house. Dangerous combination. Walked in planning to just browse and walked out with a Hamilton Khaki Field King Auto. The prices are MSRP but you're paying for the experience, the warranty, and being able to actually try watches on your wrist before committing. They even gave me a nice discount on an extra strap. Will definitely be back for more.
If you're within a few hours of Denver and want to buy a watch, make the drive to Right Time. The inventory depth is unreal. I was torn between the Tissot PRX Powermatic and the Certina DS-1 and they had both plus several variations of each so I could really compare. Went with the PRX in green and zero regrets. Full warranty, proper box and papers, and a great buying experience. This is what an authorized dealer should be.
This place is a watch lover's paradise. Over 4,000 watches in stock is no joke. I spent two hours just browsing and the staff never rushed me. Ended up with a Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical and couldn't be happier. The value proposition of buying from an AD with full warranty coverage is worth it to me. Right Time has earned a customer for life.
Found Right Time online and made the trip from New Mexico. Totally worth it. They had six different Omega Speedmaster variations I could try on side by side. Ended up with the Sapphire Sandwich and I grin every time I put it on. The staff understood I was a serious buyer and treated me accordingly. The two showrooms give them room to display an absurd amount of watches. If you're within driving distance, go.
Bought a Longines Heritage Classic for my father's retirement gift. The sales associate at the downtown Denver showroom was very helpful in helping me pick something age-appropriate and elegant. The watch itself is gorgeous with the silver sector dial. Pricing was MSRP but I felt good about buying from an authorized dealer for a gift like this. Would shop here again for special occasions.
As a fairly new watch enthusiast, I was nervous about visiting a proper AD. Right Time put me at ease immediately. Nobody was snobby about my sub-$1000 budget. The associate showed me Tissot, Hamilton, and Certina options with genuine enthusiasm. Went with the Certina DS Action Diver 43mm and it's become my daily wearer. The full warranty and proper box and papers make it feel extra special. Thank you Right Time for treating every customer with respect.
Visited the Lone Tree showroom with my dad who was looking for a retirement watch. The staff was phenomenal. They brought out Omega, Longines, and Tissot options across a wide price range and never once made us feel rushed. Dad went with a Longines Master Collection day-date in rose gold and he hasn't stopped smiling since. The warranty registration was handled on the spot. Top-notch dealer experience.
Good experience buying a Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 here. They had both the blue and green dials available which was great because I wanted to compare them side by side. Price was MSRP as expected from an authorized dealer. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Only reason for 4 stars is the wait time to get someone to help me on a Saturday afternoon was about 20 minutes.
My fiancé and I went to Right Time to pick out my engagement gift. We wanted matching watches and the staff went above and beyond to help us find the perfect pair. We settled on matching Omega Constellations in different sizes and I couldn't be more thrilled. The constellation dial detail is exquisite. Right Time made a special moment even more memorable. We'll be back for anniversary gifts for sure.
Visited Right Time to find a watch for my wife's 50th birthday. The sales team was incredibly helpful suggesting options across different price ranges. We went with a Longines DolceVita in stainless steel and my wife absolutely loves it. The presentation box is beautiful and they even included a handwritten thank you note with the purchase. Small touches like that make a difference. Five stars all the way.
My husband and I visited both Denver locations looking for a Longines Master Collection for our anniversary. The Cherry Creek store had an amazing selection. We compared the 38.5mm and 40mm versions and the associate was super patient helping us decide. Ended up with the silver dial chronograph and it is absolutely stunning. The packaging and unboxing experience at an AD is really special.
If you want to see what 4,000 watches looks like in one place, come to Right Time. It's almost absurd how much inventory they have. I was looking for something specific, an Omega Speedmaster Racing in the black dial, and not only did they have it but they had three similar references so I could compare. Ended up going with my first choice and couldn't be happier. Denver's best watch store hands down.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. Made an appointment to look at engagement watches for my partner and was kept waiting 40 minutes past my scheduled time. When I finally got help, the associate seemed uninterested and kept checking his phone. I had a budget of around $2000 which apparently wasn't enough to merit attention. Left and bought a beautiful Tissot from a different dealer in town who valued my business.
We've been buying watches from Right Time since the late 90s. My husband has an Omega Seamaster from them and I just added a Constellation to my collection. The store has changed a lot over the years but the quality of service hasn't. They treat you like family whether you're buying a $300 Hamilton or a $5,000 Omega. Denver institution and deservedly so.
Bought a Tissot Everytime for my daughter's college graduation. The associate was great about suggesting something appropriate for a young professional starting her career. Clean design, reliable movement, and a price point that didn't break the bank. The graduation engraving option was a nice touch too. Only minor complaint is that the gift wrapping was a bit underwhelming for the occasion. Otherwise a wonderful shopping experience at the Cherry Creek location.
My husband surprised me with an Omega Constellation from Right Time for our anniversary. Gorgeous watch with the signature claws and a beautiful blue dial. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because he mentioned the sales process was a bit slow with paperwork taking longer than expected. But the watch itself is perfect and comes with all the proper documentation and warranty. Happy with the purchase overall.
Sent my husband to Right Time with a hint that I wanted the Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra for our anniversary. He came back with it and said the experience was wonderful. The staff helped him understand the different sizes and dial options, and even held the watch for a day while he thought about it. No pressure tactics. The watch is stunning in the 34mm with the blue dial. Thrilled with both the gift and the service.
Brought my Omega Seamaster in for service and was quoted almost double what I expected. The repair turnaround estimate was 8-10 weeks which seems excessive for a basic service. I ended up taking it to an independent watchmaker instead. The showroom is impressive and the sales floor staff are nice but their service department pricing feels inflated. Probably still good for new purchases but I can't recommend their repair side.
The watch selection is incredible, I'll give them that. But the pricing on service and repairs is steep. Had a battery change and gasket replacement on my Tissot and it was almost $120. An independent shop quoted me half that. I understand ADs charge more but that felt excessive for a basic service. The retail side is great and I'd still buy new watches here but I'll take servicing elsewhere from now on.
Nice experience buying a Hamilton Lady Jazzmaster for my mother's birthday. The downtown Denver location has a good selection of women's watches which can be hard to find at ADs. Staff was attentive and helped narrow down options based on wrist size and style preference. The watch is beautiful and my mother wears it daily. Would shop here again and recommend to others in the area.
Mixed feelings about my visit. The selection is undeniably huge and they carry brands other dealers don't. But when I asked about an Omega Constellation with a specific dial color the salesperson seemed dismissive and said they probably couldn't get it. Didn't even offer to check or put in a request. I ended up ordering from another AD who was happy to source it for me. Great showroom but inconsistent service quality depending on who helps you.
Selection is great and I love that they carry brands like Certina that are hard to find in the US. However, I found the sales approach a bit pushy. I came in to browse Tissot PRX models and the associate kept steering me toward more expensive Longines options. I get that upselling is part of the business but after saying my budget twice I expected them to respect it. Eventually got my PRX at MSRP but the experience could have been more pleasant.
Nice showroom with a very wide selection across many brands. Got a Longines HydroConquest for my husband here. The associate was knowledgeable about the differences between the various references and helped me pick the right one. The only downside is that parking at the downtown location can be tricky during peak hours. The Cherry Creek location is easier if you're not familiar with downtown Denver parking.
Visited Right Time while on vacation in Denver and was blown away by the inventory. Our local AD back home has maybe 200 watches on display. Right Time has thousands. My husband got an Omega Speedmaster and I picked up a Longines DolceVita. Both transactions were handled efficiently even though we were out-of-state buyers. They shipped the warranties to our home address without any issues. World-class dealer.
Got my Certina DS Action Diver here. Right Time is one of the few places in the Denver area that stocks Certina which is a shame because they make excellent watches. The titanium version is incredible for the price. Staff at the Lone Tree location were helpful and the whole transaction was smooth. Would have liked a small discount but I understand ADs don't typically budge on these brands.
Ordered a Hamilton Jazzmaster over the phone and was told it would ship within three business days. Two weeks later and multiple phone calls, it finally arrived. The watch itself was fine but the communication about the delay was poor. I had to follow up each time instead of them proactively updating me. For an authorized dealer with this reputation, I expected better follow-through on mail orders.
The good: incredible selection, probably the best in the Rocky Mountain region. The bad: their trade-in offer for my used Hamilton was insultingly low, maybe 30% of what similar watches sell for pre-owned. I understand they need margin but it felt like they were trying to take advantage. Bought a Certina DS-1 anyway because they're one of the few US dealers that carries the brand. Mixed experience overall.
Called ahead to confirm they had a specific Omega Speedmaster reference in stock. Drove 90 minutes to the store only to find out it had been sold that morning and nobody thought to mention it when I called. The staff apologized but it was still a wasted trip. They said they could order it but couldn't give me a firm timeline. Frustrating experience overall. I expect better communication from a dealer of this caliber.
Reliable authorized dealer with a massive footprint. I appreciate that Right Time stocks watches from American manufacturers alongside the Swiss and German brands. Picked up a nice Hamilton Khaki Navy and the whole process from selection to sizing took about 45 minutes. Prices are full retail but you know that going in with an AD. The peace of mind from the manufacturer warranty is the real value add.
I flew in from Salt Lake City specifically to visit Right Time after hearing about their massive inventory. Was not disappointed. They literally had walls of watches from brands you just don't see at most jewelry stores. Picked up a Tissot Le Locle and a Hamilton Jazzmaster Viewmatic on the same trip. Both were priced at retail but the experience of trying on so many options before committing was invaluable.
Love the Cherry Creek location. Very upscale and comfortable. Bought a Longines Grande Classique for my mother and the staff helped me pick something elegant and ageless. The presentation was lovely with the Longines box and papers all in order. Price was what you'd expect from an AD but the service quality made it feel worthwhile. Already planning my next visit to get something for myself.
Went in looking for a specific Longines Heritage Classic reference and was told they could order it. Put down a deposit and was told 4-6 weeks. Three months and several follow-up calls later, still no watch. Eventually got my deposit back but the whole experience was frustrating. They should be upfront about availability rather than taking deposits on watches they can't source in a reasonable timeframe. Probably fine if you buy what's in stock.
My first luxury watch purchase and Right Time made it memorable. I went in looking at Tissot and Hamilton but the salesperson also showed me some entry-level Longines models I hadn't considered. Ended up with the Longines Spirit in 37mm and it's the perfect daily wearer. They explained the movement, warranty, and maintenance schedule thoroughly. Never felt pressured to spend more than my budget. Great first AD experience.
I cannot say enough good things about Right Time. My boyfriend and I went in looking for his birthday gift and the staff helped us narrow down from about fifteen options to the perfect Tissot Gentleman Powermatic in silvery white. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to enjoy talking about watches. The store is beautiful and the inventory is staggering. We'll be customers for life.
Good experience overall buying a Hamilton Ventura for my quirky uncle who loves retro design. Right Time had both the modern and heritage versions so I could pick the right one. Staff was helpful and the watch arrived well-packaged with all documentation. I appreciate that they carry interesting pieces beyond the usual suspects. Solid 4 stars, would recommend to anyone in the Denver metro area looking for a quality timepiece.
They have a great selection and I eventually found what I wanted, a Tissot Le Locle Powermatic, but the organization of the showroom could be better. Watches from different brands seem mixed together in some display cases and it was hard to find specific models without asking for help. The staff was helpful once engaged but the self-service browsing experience could use improvement. Good dealer overall with room for polish.
Drove up from Colorado Springs to visit Right Time after reading about their massive inventory. They really do have thousands of watches on display which is almost overwhelming in a good way. Bought a Hamilton Jazzmaster Open Heart and the whole transaction took about an hour including sizing. My only gripe is the lighting in the showroom could be better for examining dial details. Small complaint though for an otherwise excellent experience.
Third watch I've bought from Right Time over the years. This time it was an Omega Seamaster Diver 300M in the wave dial blue. Every purchase has been smooth and professional. They remember returning customers which is a nice touch. The warranty and after-sales support have been solid too. Had a link removed on my previous Hamilton there at no charge. Highly recommend for anyone in the Colorado area.
Bought my Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean here after comparing prices at several authorized dealers across Colorado. Right Time matched what everyone else was offering which is to say full retail. But the advantage is their selection. They had the ceramic bezel version in blue which I couldn't find at two other ADs. Transaction was smooth, warranty properly registered, and the watch is an absolute beauty. Would buy from them again.
If you're a watch enthusiast anywhere near Colorado, Right Time is a must-visit. I drove down from Fort Collins just to check out their inventory. They had every Tissot PRX variant you could want plus a wall of Hamilton watches. Ended up with the PRX 40mm blue on bracelet. The associate let me try on probably ten different watches without any pressure. This is how a watch buying experience should be.
Right Time is a Denver treasure. Been shopping here for watches since they were a smaller operation. The growth has been incredible and the inventory is now world-class. My latest pickup was a Tissot Couturier chronograph and the transaction was seamless. They sized it perfectly in about ten minutes. Love that they carry German brands too, picked up a Junghans Meister last year. Can't recommend this place enough.
I've bought three watches from Right Time over the past decade and sent several friends there too. The consistency of service is remarkable. Most recent purchase was a Hamilton Jazzmaster Thinomatic and as always the experience was excellent. The staff recognizes returning customers and the loyalty is appreciated. When you factor in the warranty support and authorized status, Right Time offers genuine value. Proud to support this local Denver business.
Solid authorized dealer experience. Picked up a Hamilton Khaki Aviation with the ETA movement. Pricing was standard retail but the peace of mind from the full manufacturer warranty is worth it to me. The Lone Tree location is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. Staff was professional if a bit formal. Would recommend to anyone looking for Swiss watches at accessible price points.
Right Time is the reason I fell in love with watches. My first visit years ago I tried on an Omega Seamaster and was hooked. Since then I've purchased four watches from them including my grail, the Speedmaster Professional. Every interaction has been positive. The staff genuinely loves watches and it shows. Having two locations in Denver makes it convenient too. This place is a Colorado gem and I hope they're around for another 40 years.
Have been buying from Right Time since 2005. In that time I've acquired an Omega Seamaster, two Hamiltons, a Longines Conquest, and a Tissot Visodate. Every single purchase was a positive experience. The store has evolved over the years but the core values of selection and service haven't changed. Knowing they've been around since 1979 gives confidence they'll be here when I need warranty support too.
As a watch collector with over 30 pieces, I appreciate a dealer who actually has inventory you can try on. Right Time gets it. Most ADs have a few display models and tell you they can order whatever you want. Right Time has the actual watches. Picked up an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra in the green dial and a Certina Powermatic 80 on the same visit. Both were in stock and ready to go home with me that day.
